Time of Year:

Pros: Rooms were clean and spacious. Bed linens were very prissy. The inner courtyard is cute, expecially in the morning during breakfast. Next time we'll reserve a room on the courtyard. Our room faced Decatur St, merely was placidity at dark.
Pros: Very nice hotel lots of skillful things nigh information technology including location and cleanliness and nearly staff
Cons: Very rude and noisy maid staff in the early mornings and no follow up from management at all after I complained
Pros: Perfect location, very nice rooms and beautiful pool area. Staff was incredible and probably the nicest pet friendly hotel I have always stayed in. Very close to all the fun, Harrah'due south casino, Cafe du Monde, firm of blues, Bourbon St. We walked everywhere had a boom and never even thought about a cab.
Cons: Nothing, the hotel was great and New Orleans is ane of my new favorite cities on the planet!
Pros: The hotel felt very French, romantic, and quaint. It was in a perfect location and inside walking distance to the wedding nosotros were attention that night. The rooms were cozy and the balcony was nice.
Cons: Somehow my reservation was saved nether the proper noun "Judith" (non sure if this was a mistake on Kayak's end, or the hotel's), and the staff treated me as if I had washed something wrong. My name is not/has never been/isn't even close to Judith, and then in that location's no manner I accidentally gave them the wrong name. I entered the hotel to check in with the three friends who were also in the room, and they couldn't find the reservation and I had to ask "ok and then what do I do?" and they told me to call whoever I booked the reservation through. The woman at the desk-bound was rude and unhelpful overall, and finally, later we got the whole matter sorted out she noticed that the reservation had been made for two people instead of four (all four of united states were standing at the desk-bound) and she proceeded to accuse united states and additional $l for the extra people. Of course, I was dishonest about the number of us in the room, but an actress $l just seemed unnecessary seeing equally we only planned to sleep at that place and not use an abundance towels, or fifty-fifty eat breakfast. The frustrating thing is that my emails from Kayak are addressed to me, with my existent name, so I think the mistake was actually on the hotel's end and yet they were extremely unkind and did non apologize for anything. It was simply bad business do, but I suppose with a location as great equally this ane they'll continue to make full rooms no affair the customer service. Also the price for parking was simply insane. I recommend looking for other places to park; a few of my other friends found a nearby lot for $fifteen overnight parking.
Pros: Location was fantastic. Staff was very friendly.
Cons: The air conditioner in i of our rooms was not working properly, even after a maintenance person came to service information technology.
Pros: very close to culvert street and Bourbon street. Able to walk there. Bang-up location for walking to these site attractions.
Cons: The bed was very sqeaky anytime I moved. To go to bathroom you had to step up and I kept hitting my foot on the upstep to become in. So I kept reminding my mother to have a step up when she entered it and then she wouldn't autumn.
Pros: The hotel was old which isn't always a bad thing. Our door to our room cruel off the hinges and we literally had to sleep with our door opened and unlocked. :( we chosen downstairs and no one answered. Very dissatisfied
Cons: Just not comfy and dated. Front desk-bound clerk did not brand me happy with how she handled the door situation. She asked me "What do you want me to practice?" I don't experience I should enquire. I didn't have privacy in a room with females. You think they would bend over backwards to satisfy the states. Not the case. Very disappointing.
Pros: Location
Cons: $twoscore for one night of parking
Pros: Location and over-priced hotel in the Quarter. I was hither for my 60th birthday. I chose this hotel because I had been here before and had a great experience. Hotel allowed me to change rooms after the ants were reported twice and after my patience had run out.
Cons: Ant problem in one of iii rooms reserved for my 60th birthday. Since I have been here before the system is the post-obit: they requite you a really crappy room (interior dungeon room with no windows or a minor, crappy and smelly room) you inform the front end desk-bound that yous are non happy, they answer by saying they cannot practice anything until the next day even though the hotel seemed to be fairly empty and it was at check-in time and finally you are allowed to move yourself the following day. The rates are all over the identify, they change on a day to twenty-four hour period basis. I reserved one of the rooms at total price because I wanted to make sure my birthday accommodations were great and I received a very disappointing, smelly, cramped room with a tiny bathroom. Unhelpful front desk. Overall a sad experience.
Pros: Slap-up hotel.
Cons: Forepart desk clerk never told me there was going to be a charge for parking. I assume it was included. Wish I would of know instead of paying $35 per night. I felt similar i was tricked into it.
